Offering a luggage storage and a lobby area, the 5-star Intercontinental Barcelona, An Ihg Hotel lies in Sants-Montjuic district, 350 metres to the huge circular Magic Fountain and within 5 minutes' drive from the Gothic Cathedral of Barcelona. Located off Placa d'Espanya, this hotel features a hot tub, sauna facilities and a traditional Hammam along with an indoor garden.

Buffet breakfast is provided daily. Arrel restaurant serves European meals for its guests. Other dining facilities include a lounge bar featuring elegant interior with glass.

The elegant accommodation is in the very heart of Barcelona, just 18 minutes’ drive from Barcelona-El Prat airport. The centre of Barcelona is reachable within 25 minutes' walk.

Barcelona Pavilion is a few minutes' walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a plethora of delicious options, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to the tranquility of Parc Montjuic and in a beautiful area of the city.

The room we were upgraded to was wonderful - clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fluffy towels, bathrobe, and slippers added a luxurious touch. We enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. The hotel's location was perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants, and within walking distance of most of the city's sights. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impressive, and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of water replenished daily and the chocolates on our pillows.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay unforgettable. They upgraded our room and surprised us with a cake for my girlfriend's birthday. The room was perfect and the service was exceptional. The hotel facilities were in very good condition and the beds were comfortable. The front counter staff treated us outstandingly, making us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker in the room.
